Taipan was the nickname used by the founder of La Casa de Don Tomás, precisely Don Tomás.

This is a hotel in which its owners are a family, in which good food is an essential concern and is part of good living.

We wanted to bring this concept into the restaurant proposal within the limitations imposed by being in the middle of a desert, very far from everything in Chile and in particular, very far from the sea, which in our country is a rarity. However, given the great tourist offer, the supply is achieved, and it is based on a good guarantee of quantity and quality of products, that we have developed our menu.

It is a short letter, but we try to make it very good.
